Took a minor rear-end hit last week and the bumper didn’t even flinch, which made the cost of this thing feel worth every penny. The step itself is solid and grippy under my boots, and it folds up tight so I forget it’s there. Definitely a piece of mind I didn’t know I needed.
Rear-ended at a red light last week and the only damage was a scuffed bumper protector instead of a crumpled tailgate. The step built into it even came in handy when I had to climb up to check the hitch afterwards. Considering what a body shop would've charged, this thing paid for itself in one hit.
After a fender bender in a parking lot last month, I was dreading the repair costs, but this thing absorbed the impact completely. My bumper didn't even have a scratch, and the solid build gives me real peace of mind when I'm stopped at a light.
