The silky-smooth outer layer feels like it won't scratch the paint at all, and that embroidered RAV4 logo is a sharp touch that makes it look factory-issued. Took about five minutes to cinch it down snug over the mirrors, and I'm confident it'll hold up through this winter's rain.
